1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and bfok ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any bet on bfok, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

bfok reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via the Platform and the updated Terms will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Platform after any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To register and use bfok, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times. bfok actively enforces these requirements and reserves the right to request documentary proof at any stage of your account lifecycle.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or placing any wager on bfok.
• You must be a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is not explicitly prohibited under local law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party or commercial entity.
• You must not be a current or former employee, agent, or contractor of bfok or any associated entity.

If it is discovered that a Player does not satisfy the eligibility requirements, bfok reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void any active wagers, and withhold or reclaim any balances, bonuses, or winnings associated with that account.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one active account on bfok. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using fictitious personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify bfok support immediately at [email protected]. bfok will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration and keep this information updated at all times.
• bfok may request identity verification (KYC) documents at any time, including a government-issued photo ID and proof of payment method (e.g., a screenshot of your bKash or Nagad account matching the registered mobile number).
• Accounts that remain unverified beyond the specified verification window may be temporarily restricted from making withdrawals until the KYC process is complete.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bfok supports instant deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket, as well as select bank transfers through Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and other approved Bangladeshi financial institutions. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Minimum deposit amounts and processing times may vary by payment method and will be displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This anti-money-laundering (AML) measure protects both the Platform and its players. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fully satisfied before a withdrawal request can be approved.
• A minimum withdrawal amount of ৳500 applies. Requests below this threshold will be declined automatically.
• Withdrawal processing typically occurs within 24 hours, subject to KYC verification status and platform review.
• bfok reserves the right to perform additional security checks on withdrawal requests exceeding ৳20,000 in a single transaction.

bfok shall not be liable for any delays caused by the payment service provider, network congestion, bank processing times, or Bangladeshi public holidays (including Eid, Victory Day, and Independence Day). Players are encouraged to allow extra processing time during these periods.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bfok offers a range of promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins on selected slots, and cricket betting cashback offers. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

The standard wagering requirement (rollover) for bonuses is applied at a multiplier that is clearly stated on each individual promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the following rules apply:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or access the Platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to gain an unfair advantage, including (but not limited to) chip dumping in poker or pre-determined outcomes in live sports betting.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or misconfigured odds to obtain winnings that would not have been credited under normal platform conditions.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, including structuring deposits to avoid detection thresholds.
• Opening or operating an account on behalf of, or in the name of, another person without express written consent from bfok.

bfok employs ongoing monitoring and fraud detection systems. Any suspicious activity is flagged for manual review by our compliance team. We cooperate fully with any lawful investigation by Bangladesh Financial Intelligence Unit (BFIU) or other authorities.

7. Responsible Gaming

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, framing, deep-linking, scraping, reverse engineering, or any other exploitation of the Platform's intellectual property is strictly forbidden and may result in legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

bfok makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of its services. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in these Terms shall limit our liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bfok collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We use SSL encryption and industry-standard security protocols to safeguard your personal and financial information. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11. Amendments to Terms

bfok reserves the right to amend, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting support.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. If a dispute cannot be resolved internally, both parties agree to seek resolution through legally recognized arbitration or mediation channels.
